- Go to the tab of Quick Replies Management on My Data app.
2. Switch ON the Administrator Mode.
3. Now you can manage quick replies for your Enterprise Tenant. You can delete/edit/create new replies and groups for all the teams and users assigned to the same Enterprise Tenant (Organizational Unit).
