Step 1. Go to the group of Chatbot Administration
Step 2. Open the app of Customer Namespace. Register Namespace
Step 3. Select the tenant group from the drop-down menu
Step 4. Click the Plus button to add a new entry
Step 5. Fill in the Namespace Details:
5.1. Enter Namespace
5.2. Enter Description
5.3. Save your entries.
