Activate Integration

Go to Transaction Code SM30 and open View /SKYBFR/YAIC_INT – Settings for integration with external ticketing system.

Activate integration:

1. Select External ITSM system (Zendesk)
2. Set Integration Active as True
3. Set RFC Destination
