To assign the predefined values or Hybrid Chats ticket fields values to External ITSM Ticket fields, please use the following view /SKYBFR/YAIC_MSB:
1. Select Field in External ITSM from the values available for processing
2. Assign Field in HC ticket from the list of available for integration (if applicable).
3. Input direct field value (if applicable)
4. Save your entries.
