- Create the root organizational unit via transaction PPOCE
- Access transaction PPOME and select the Root organizational unit that was created in the previous step.
- Create Administrator Position under Root Organizational Unit:
- Assign Administrator user (created in Create User IDs and Business Partners) to the position.
- Support Teams and Agents should be created with this Administrator User with the help of Fiori application HC Teams. Please refer to the guide of Hybrid Chats User Manual.
