In the frontend system, please create RFC for pushing Node.JS application configuration. In SM59 create new RFC type G (HTTP connection to external system).
Provide the address and port where NodeJS app is available (should be accessible from the from frontend server), and specify path /update_settings
If an external link is used for connection to Node.js application end point, please input the host and port in the field Description 3, following the format as in example below:
H=ext-yai-client-skybfr-01-dev.skybuffer.com,I=443
Where H – host, I – port.
Under logon & security, specify the user and the password provided in Node.JS app configuration (please refer to the corresponding configuration guide). Specify either HTTPS or HTTP. Please, be aware that in case of HTTPS connection, a trusted root certificate can be added to client PSE under STRUST transaction
