USE
Create and configure user ID of the chatbot that will execute central chatbot oData service and perform administrative activities in NetWeaver area (User Management Chatbot Scenarios).
PROCEDURE
- Go to SU01 transaction
- On User maintenance: Initial screen enter desired User ID (1) of the chatbot and press Create (2)
3. In Address tab input the address details. At least one field is mandatory, that is the user’s Last name
4. Switch to Logon Data tab
5. In the Logon Data tab select User Type: Service (1), Generate New Password (2)
IMPORTANT: Copy the newly-generated password from Message Text at the bottom of the screen (3)
6. Go to Roles tab and assign the role for Chatbot Central oData Service that was created in Section Chatbot Central oData Service Authorization Role Maintenance
7. Add the Authorization roles for the Chatbot scenarios defined in the project scope and configured according to the company’s security policies. For example, if User Management scenarios are in scope, User should be authorized to:
- Create User ID
- Unlock User ID
- Reset Password
8. Save the User.
RESULT
Service User ID of the Chatbot is configured and is ready to be further assigned to configuration activities.
