USE
In some business cases approval for user creation is not required (development or sandbox system access request for example). However, Administrators still have to be informed about new users creation. This activity allows configuring notifications for creation of new users.
PROCEDURE
- Navigate to SPRO node

2. Press Continue on Information popup
3. Select New Entries
4. Mark ActEmail (activate email notification) (1), add email of the administrator who should receive the email notification (2), Save (3)
NOTE: Activity can be repeated for several emails
5. Confirm saving in Transport request
RESULT
Email notification for User Creation is activated.
