All the available chat log Header fields are included into the integration procedure.
In case some of the fields are not necessary in the target External ITSM system, you can deactivate them using view /SKYBFR/YAIC_EIC – Header Fields Activation for Integration in TCode SM30.
Deselect the items that are not required in the integration procedure:
