Step 1. Open the Communication Channels app in the AI Model group :
Step 2. Press create button (1), select “WhatsApp” channel type (2), and start filling in the standard fields.
Step 3. Access the Twilio account.
In the Console view, navigate to Develop >Messaging > Senders >WhatsApp Senders.
Step 4. Create New Sender
Step 4.1 Select a phone number:
Step 4.2 Fill in the Business Profile information:
Step 4.3 Endpoint Configuration
Webhook URL for incoming messages field:
the schema is https://<bot-url>/<channel-id>
Step 5. Copy the Phone Number, Twillio API Access Token and Account SID, and paste into Skybuffer AI. Save your entries.
Step 6. Now it is time to activate scenarios for the new channel. Follow steps 6-7 in the “Communication Channels” documentation page.
