Access HC Teams Application
Step 1: Please, find the HC Teams application on the Fiori home page within the Hybrid Chats section:
HC Teams enables you to see the structure of the existing teams and the details on the agents.
You can navigate to any team and see the contact data of a particular operator, their KPIs and status (Active, At Work, Offline):
