Assign Identity Provider and Push Nodejs Configuration

Under the Bot Channels configuration app, assign the Identity Provider:

Review the configuration under the Channel Configuration app and the Identity Provider app, and push configuration to Nodejs (for details refer to the Maintenance Guide).
