Administrator User Mode – Quick Replies
Step 1. Go to the tab Quick Replies Management on My Data app.
Step 2. Switch ON the Administrator Mode.
Step 3. Now you can manage quick replies for your Enterprise Tenant. You can delete/edit/create new replies and groups for all the teams and users assigned to the same Enterprise Tenant (Organizational Unit).
